Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, providing orientation about the project details.
  • Follow-up Management: Regularly follow up with clients for revisits and to conclude bookings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the project, consumer behavior, sales conversion strategies, and the dynamics of the real estate market.
  • Competitive Insight: Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors’ offerings in terms of products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Conversion Ratio Management: Focus on maintaining a high conversion ratio from site visits to bookings.
  • Feedback and Strategy Implementation: Gather and share customer feedback for product enhancement and implement effective sales strategies based on insights.
  • Representational Skills: Maintain a well-groomed appearance for representational purposes and exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Data Management: Maintain records of customer feedback and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Real Estate Sales Experience: 5-6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales.
  • Client Management Skills: Proven ability in conducting client meetings and managing client relationships.
  • Market Awareness: In-depth understanding of market dynamics, competition, and sales conversion tactics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Gujarati, Marathi, and English languages.
  • Sales Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Data Management: Capability to organize and maintain data on customer feedback and performance metrics.
