Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Interaction: Assist in conducting client meetings, providing project orientation, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Follow-up Support: Support the Closing Manager in managing follow-ups with clients to facilitate revisits and booking closures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Insights: Assist in maintaining knowledge of the project, consumer behavior, and sales conversion strategies pertinent to the real estate market.
  • Competitive Analysis: Aid in monitoring competitors’ offerings in products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Conversion Ratio Assistance: Collaborate in efforts to maintain a high conversion ratio from site visits to bookings.
  • Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering and documenting customer feedback for product enhancement and contribute to implementing effective sales strategies based on insights.
  • Representational Support: Maintain a professional appearance and exhibit good communication skills for representational purposes.
  • Sales Target Support: Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets in alignment with the Closing Manager’s directives.
  • Data Assistance: Assist in maintaining records of customer feedback and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Client Retention: Maintain Healthy Gross to Net Ratio through customer retention, smooth on-boarding and seamless registration execution.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Real Estate Sales Experience: 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales.
  • Client Interaction Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage in client meetings and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Market Understanding: A foundational understanding of market dynamics, competition, and sales conversion tactics.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in Gujarati, Marathi, and English languages with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Goal Orientation: Demonstrated capability to contribute towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Data Management: Ability to assist in organizing and maintaining data related to customer feedback and performance metrics.
