Job Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Take charge of site operations, overseeing all project activities, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors, ensuring efficient coordination and performance.
• Resource Planning: Plan and allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to meet project demands.
• Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee project deliverables meet set standards and specifications.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly report project progress, including milestones achieved, challenges faced, and proposed solutions to higher management.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or issues that arise on-site, collaborating with stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
• Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial parameters.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and implement best practices on-site.

• Project Oversight: Proven experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timelines.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently.
• Cost and Resource Management: Experience in managing project budgets, resources, and cost control measures.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
